Email keyqueststudio1@gmail.com and include the device model, operating-system version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not send recordings or other personal information.

Sound

Check that sound is enabled inside the app and that the device volume is audible. The ABC song, effects, and animal sounds are included with the app and do not require an internet connection.

Speaking practice

Speaking practice is optional. If it is unavailable, check Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions for ABC Magic Sparks in the device's Settings app. The rest of the game remains playable without these permissions.

Progress and deletion

Progress and settings are kept only on the device. ABC Magic Sparks has no account or cloud profile to delete.

On iPhone and iPad, choosing Delete App removes the app and its local data. Offload App keeps that data. See Apple's storage guide for these options.

On macOS, deleting the app may leave its local settings and progress behind. Contact support if you need help removing that saved local information.
