Privacy Policy

ABC Magic Sparks is designed for children and works offline. The app does not create user accounts, display advertising, use analytics, or collect, sell, or share personal information, device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, or recordings.

Information stored on the device

Learning progress, settings, and stickers are stored locally on the device. This information is not transmitted to KeyQuest Studio or to any third party. It remains in local app storage. Removing the app or clearing its data follows the rules of your operating system; on macOS, deleting the app may leave its local settings and progress behind.

Optional permissions

The repeat-after-me feature requests microphone and speech-recognition permission only after the microphone button is tapped. Recognition is restricted to Apple's on-device speech recognition when available. Audio is not saved by the app. You can stop listening at any time; a listening session stops automatically after 12 seconds or when you leave the activity or put the app in the background.

Motion is used only for optional tilt and shake controls on devices with an accelerometer. Motion measurements are not stored. You can turn these controls off in the game's parent settings. Microphone and speech-recognition permissions can be changed in system privacy settings. The game remains playable with touch or mouse controls when speech or motion is unavailable.

Third parties

The app includes no third-party advertising or analytics services and does not send information to third parties.

Changes to this policy

If a future version changes these practices, this policy and the App Store privacy answers will be updated before release.
